Room Allocation Detail
Room Allocation Detail shows the number of days for which the given room types were available for booking, during a specific period of days.
Rate Detail Report
Rate Detail allows you to get a report of all the details for the rate code defined for particular days. The details include different types of rates according to occupancy, min occupants, max occupants etc.
Booking Detail allows you to get the list of all the bookings and cancellations carried out during a specified period of time. You can also get report based on the check-in/check-out dates, booking status, invoice status etc.
Invoice Detail allows you to get a list of all the invoices generated during the selected time period with all the invoice details. You can also view the complete original invoice from the generated report and also print the same.
Revenue Detail report shows the gross earnings of the hotel from bookings, rooms booked, rooms cancelled, avg stay, min stay and other statistical details for a specific selected period of time.
Traffic Detail allows you to see statistical figures such as number of times availability is checked, number of times room showed was available etc. This report shows you the list of the people who have checked room availability for a specific period of time. Thus it is useful to monitor the web traffic for your portal and improve the management of the hotel.

The clients can also see room description, room amenities for each type of room and its gallery. The clients can select the rooms to book and add optional extras they want. The clients can make a selection of multiple rooms and occupancy in each room. The clients can then move to booking confirmation page and then enter their details as well as add the extra guest details and fill in the payment details. The clients get the booking confirmation after the booking. The clients can also login to the hotel portal to view booking details, take print-outs, get invoices, and amend or cancel the bookings as per their need.
