Ajay Joined Iolite in July 2016. Before joining Iolite, Ajay served as MD for 17 years at Shah Net Technologies Private Limited, an Internet Services Provider pioneer diversified in its earlier years as a Web Development Solution Provider. He has rich experience of 12 years in India and the Middle East in the Information technology, Software, Finance, and Investment Sector.

Ajay brings with him over 29 years of leadership experience instrumental to Iolite reaching new heights every year. His expertise is a foundation in bringing growth to the company in the software business to become an industry leader.

Ajay is a 1987 batch qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI after completing his graduation in commerce. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rahul is a technopreneur who founded Iolite Softwares in 2015.

He is instrumental in shaping Iolite Software to become a world-leading enterprise. He plays a crucial role in the expansion of Iolite Softwares across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. He manages all the facets of the company's short-term and long-term goals, policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Rahul holds a Bachelor in Technology in Computer Science from Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He brings with him 14 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions for multi-national companies.

Siddharth Shah founded Iolite Softwares with Rahul Shah in July 2015.

With his technical prowess and hands-on experience in systems engineering, Siddharth leads the technical and operations of the company to provide above-par products and services. He plays a chief role in driving innovation at Iolite Softwares to use the latest methodologies, technologies, and AI to cater software solutions that are user-friendly and robust.

Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from one of the oldest and renowned colleges of India - the L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. Siddharth also holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University in the city of New York with a specialization in Systems.
