Using Dashboard the user will be able to analyze the processing of documents with graphs i.e. time lines wise, status wise, region wise, country wise, company wise, etc.
Manage all companies, letter heads, divisions and category of documents which can be selected while uploading a document.
Facility to upload the draft document, select the users who would be responsible for drafting the document with access restrictions as per user’s role, version the document during each stage of drafting and maintain track change of changes made in the document. Apply letter head required for printing on finalization of the document. Facility to Archive the signed copy of document.
User will be able to generate & export reports of documents uploaded for processing in the software using variety of filters i.e. status, category of document, creators, as per date of creation, etc.
